Buffalo Bill and South Oak are HUD subsidized housing for individuals 62 years and over or
individuals of any age who are disabled or handicapped
as defined by HUD regulations.
Rental fees are determined by the income and medical
expenses of each resident. All utilities are paid. All
apartments come complete with range, refrigerator, and
garbage disposal. Both apartment buildings are secured
facilities with managers available on-site 24 hours per
day/seven days per week.

Taborwood Townhomes is a housing facility with
38-ground level, two bedroom units. All units come
complete with range, refrigerator, garbage disposal and
a stackable washer/dryer unit. Management is responsible
for the lawn care and snow removal; there is a
clubhouse, complete with a full kitchen, available for
family gatherings.
Eligibility is restricted to income qualifications and
age (55 years or older).
