Requirements to Rent
  1. Commercial Investment Services no fee application must be completed before scheduling any viewing of property.
  2. Viewing of property to be completed between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST. Monday through Friday.
  3. Tenant’s income and employment will be considered as a pre-requisite to tenancy. Said Tenant on the lease or assignees with signer must live in leased premises.
  4. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. This is not last month’s rent. Tenant on the lease or assignees with signer must live in leased premises.
  5. Monthly rent figure can not be more than 25% of Tenant’s monthly gross income.
  6. No more than two people per bedroom; in two-bedroom home, four people.
  7. Management may check with a professional screening company or credit bureau.
  8. Management may check with present and previous Landlords regarding pay history and care of property.
  9. Management may verify employment, if less than two years will check previous employers.
